Our Reservation Policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests and yet prevent loss of income to our business. Once a guest reserves a unit, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for that unit. An amount equal to two nights lodging is required to hold your reservation. Telephone reservations will be held 5 days pending receipt of your deposit. Our reservations require a valid credit card on advance reservations. The person reserving the unit and the name on the credit card account must be the same. Deposits will be refunded with a 30-day advance notice of cancellation less a $100.00 fee per unit. EXCEPTION: for group bookings (three or more units), 90 day advance notice of cancellation, less a $100.00 fee per unit. In the event of a NO SHOW, 100% of your reservation will be charged. The unit must be in name of occupant and confirmed by that person with a credit card.
**No refunds will be given to units reserved 1 year or more in advance**
Please Remember: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAYS YOU RESERVE, NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
Damages due to negligence, missing items as well as a unit that requires extra cleaning resulting from a guest’s stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
